For BUDDY, a young boy, in “A Christmas Memory” by Truman Capote

The Walpole Players will be holding auditions for the role of BUDDY in their upcoming production of Truman Capote’s “A Christmas Memory’. Buddy is a young Truman Capote, a child with a huge imagination and sense of wonder. Every Christmas Buddy and his elderly aunt gather ingredients to make fruitcakes for people they admire. ‘’A Christmas Memory” is a one act play adapted from Capote’s short story of the same name. Buddy needs to appear to be about ten years old. Auditions will be held on Sunday, October 16th at 2 PM at the Walpole Town Hall in Walpole, NH.

Performances are planned for December 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Helen Miller Theater in Walpole, NH. If you would like to audition but cannot make the audition times, let us know and we can accommodate you.
