The Walpole Players are always on the lookout for individuals who would like to serve on our Board of Directors. Board members are elected for a term of three years. They may choose to retire at the end of their term or they may choose to run again. Board members’ duties include attending four in-person meetings each year and communicating by email between meetings, when needed, to make sure we are a well-run and fiscally responsible nonprofit organization. In addition, board members are expected to attend our productions and to volunteer their time and skills in making our organization successful in its endeavors, by such things as helping to organize volunteers, maintaining the website, fundraising, community outreach and general public relations.
